Tesco has unveiled several new concepts in its merchandising of fresh food categories such as produce, meat, fish and poultry, plant bakery and deli at its Extra store in Hatfield. The Hatfield store was one of several to receive the upgraded in-store bakery concept last year and is the first to see the introduction of The Fresh Market concept in produce and a much-improved look and feel in plant bakery and chilled categories.
